As a non-profit organization, all strategic decisions are made by a volunteer Board of Trustees with a diverse range of skills.
Our management is dedicated to supporting our staff and ensuring the well-being and development of the individuals we serve.
Our Housing Management and support workers provide services in line with personal development plans, ensuring high service standards. Each household is also supported by a Senior Project Worker.
Our Outreach Team specializes in areas like mental health, education, employment, and life skills, delivering expert support to those in need.
We believe our staff are our most valuable resource. That’s why we are committed to their ongoing training and development and ensure that both staff and clients have a voice in strategic discussions. We hire and promote based on merit alone.
