Why We Are Here

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide effective support to the homeless population, ensuring they have the opportunity to live a life free from homelessness and reintegrate into society.

Our Clients

  • Single Homeless: We assist individuals aged 18 to 65 who are either rough sleeping, homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. They may face a variety of challenges, including mental health issues, past offenses, substance dependency, early life trauma, or family difficulties.
  • Single Homeless Veterans: We also provide specialized housing for veterans of the British Armed Forces aged 18 to 65 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk. These veterans may encounter unique challenges like PTSD, pre-existing mental health conditions, substance abuse, or family struggles.

Delivering Exceptional Support

When someone moves into one of our properties, we help them work toward permanent housing and break free from the cycle of homelessness. Quality support and safeguarding are crucial, with clear policies and staff training to ensure high standards.

We are dedicated to a person-centered approach, guiding each individual from homelessness to sustainable, independent living. This is achieved through a tailored Personal Development Plan (PDP) and access to proven support services, including:

    • Supported accommodation for up to two years in a communal living environment.
    • Key Work focused on personal goals and overcoming obstacles to independence.
    • Assistance with education and employment to encourage personal growth.
    • Community involvement through clubs and activities to reduce social isolation.
    • Mental health support as needed.
    • Volunteer placements in local organizations to develop new skills and social connections.
    • Life skills coaching.
    • Help with resettlement to ensure long-term independent living success.
